Every card carries a lineage
We didn't just illustrate dinosaurs. We found the archetypes hiding inside them — and organized the whole deck around four elemental families that mirror the forces at work in your own life.
When you pull a card, it may bring a lighthearted moment of reflection — or it may offer deep guidance through a challenging time. Either way, our hope is that the wisdom within helps you see your life in a new way. To spark curiosity. To open doors. To offer gentle nudges or bold inspiration, depending on what you need most.
We're Matt and Kyle — two friends who started meeting every Monday night after our day jobs to build something we believed in. We didn't set out to create an oracle deck. We just followed an idea that lit us up.
Each week we'd meet up to talk about dinosaurs, sketch out card ideas, and shape the messages we hoped people would one day hold in their hands. No matter what else was going on in our lives, those evenings always brought a sense of calm and connection.
We collaborated with James, an incredible artist whose deep knowledge of dinosaurs helped bring this whole prehistoric world to life. Matt brought his background in product and design. Kyle brought a storytelling heart and artistic eye. Together, we built something that surprised even us.
That spirit — of ease, insight, and playful depth — is what we've infused into every card. Whether it brings you a moment of peace, a surprising realization, or just a good smile when you need one, our hope is that Destiny Dinos feels like a breath of fresh air.
We're launching on
Kickstarter in 2026
Most Kickstarter campaigns ask you to fund something that hasn't been made yet. We're doing things differently. Destiny Dinos is already fully designed, authored, and completed — we have physical samples in hand right now.
We're using Kickstarter solely to fund the first print run. That means you don't have to wonder if this will ever materialize. It already has.
